• Software Developer
  - Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
• Expert- 84+ Months:
  Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 60 Months of C# experience
• 60 Months of .NET / .NET Core framework experience
• 84 Months of ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core experience
• 60 Months of REST API development experience
• 36 Months of Entity Framework / EF Core experience
• 36 Months of SQL experience
• 60 Months of Front-end experience

• Maintaining HCR’s existing .NET web applications
• Develop, test and maintain new .NET web applications following ITS procedures and standards.
• Assisting subordinate staff in technical problem resolution as necessary.
• Participate in incident management, troubleshooting defects and programming corrections.
• Monitoring the progress of project work plans.
