CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an AI Developer to join our IT Team in Albany, NY;
Boston, MA;
Atlanta, GA;
Indianapolis, IN; or Miami, FL. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing and deploying AI‑powered solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and real‑world impact.

• Design, build, and maintain AI‑powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI services
• Develop and deploy automation workflows that seamlessly integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise platforms
• Conduct hands‑on testing, debugging, and documentation of AI solutions and Copilot workflows
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging AI technologies, specifically those in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new tools, sharing insights, and refining existing workflows
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and operational needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required; or equivalent professional experience
• No prior experience required; however, prior internships or co‑op experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated interest in AI through coursework, certifications, or personal projects
• Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or C#
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, scripting languages (Power Shell, JavaScript), and low‑code/no‑code development environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast‑evolving tech landscape
• Relevant AI and/or Microsoft certifications are a plus

$65,000 - $75,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
