Prior IES exp or candidate with State or Federal Exp Mandatory
Mandatory Qualification

• Level III
  - More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
• More than 7 years of experience as a Java developer including experience in Java/J2EE and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• More than 7 years of experience with popular frameworks, particularly Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and ORM technologies like Hibernate or JPA.

Additional Qualifications

• More than 7 years of proven experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• More than 7 years of experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• More than 7 years of experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including an understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• More than 7 years of experience with Dev Ops principles and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• 2+ years of experience working in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc. preferred)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
