.NET Core Web Application Developer (C#, ASP.NET Web API, MVC, Oracle PL/SQL, HIPAA Healthcare)

Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.

• Proven experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop, enhance, and maintain n-tier web applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with the .NET Core framework, including application design, development, and deployment.
• Extensive experience with Oracle databases, including database design, PL/SQL development, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and table creation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into effective application logic and technical solutions.
• Experience developing applications using MVC 5 or later versions of the MVC framework.
• Proven experience designing and developing reports using Crystal Reports version 10 or higher, and integrating report execution within .NET applications.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later for source control, version management, and collaborative development activities.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting applications that manage healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including Protected Health Information (PHI).
