• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6‑8 trucks and trailers (brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, after‑treatment systems, lift‑gates, tires, etc.).
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair or replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open and close repair orders on a company‑issued device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and all other documentation in a timely fashion.

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to use a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders (adding labor hours, updating status).
• 2 years of experience performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
• 2 years of experience in truck/trailer maintenance and repair or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must possess proper tools.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Certifications (e.g., ASE) – a plus.
• Welding experience.
• CDL – a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors and tolerate extreme weather conditions, heat/cold/humidity.

Salary: $30–$40/hr (commensurate with experience).
