365 Freight USA is seeking a CDL-A graduate for a paid mentor program that transitions you into a regional driving role. You’ll begin with one-on-one instruction before moving into your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet, hauling no-touch dry van freight.
Training pays $850 per week, and after mentor completion, solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Orientation is paid, with weekly Friday pay and a full benefits package starting day one.
