CDL Class A Truck Driver - Regional Routes | Albany, NY

Our Albany plant is hiring a regional driver to serve customers across New England and the Mid‑Atlantic. Bring your commitment to safe driving and customer service, and build your future with Tempur Sealy.

What You'll Do:

Transport and deliver Tempur Sealy products to customer locations throughout New England and the Mid‑Atlantic region.
Pick up and deliver raw materials and other backhaul loads as applicable.
Operate safely and comply with all company requirements and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. (FMCSA and DOT)
Be prepared for overnight travel: some regional positions may require overnight trips several times during the workweek throughout the month. Drivers assigned to local routes are home every night.

What You'll Need:

A current, valid Class A CDL for interstate driving, issued by New York State or converted to New York within 30 days of hire.
Safe driving record
At least 12 months of interstate driving experience operating a Class A combination vehicle/tractor‑trailer, preferably within the past three years.
Experience with electronic, on‑board recordkeeping systems
Experience working in customer‑facing roles
At least 21 years old

Pay Range

Starting at $85,000 (average) per year with $5,000 Sign‑on Bonus. Pay includes hourly rates and component pay, including mileage and pieces.
