Temporary Forklift Associate

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (includes one-hour unpaid lunch break)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our Albany, NY facility.

THIS IS A TEMPORARY OPENING FOR A 3-4 DAY PROJECT

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damages.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse inventory and ensure materials are stored properly.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and management to meet operational goals.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Current forklift certification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of forklift operating experience.
• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Inventory control and warehouse management system experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with warehouse requirements.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

• Standard warehouse environment.
• Steel-toed footwear is required at all times.
• Standard warehouse work attire is required.
