Logistics Manager Dropbox

Our team in Albany, OR is searching for a Logistics Manager who can own analysis end to end and present findings with confidence. The offer reads simply — full-time, $102,000 - $149,000, 8 years, and a manager role where ownership is not a perk but the point.

• Negotiate vendor terms that look fun-loving on paper and hold up in practice
• Keep Dropbox strategy legible to the people who have to execute it
• Evaluate new initiatives through rigorous business cases and ROI analysis
• Broker tradeoffs when sales, product, and finance want three different things in Albany
• Keep the Logistics Manager scorecard tied to outcomes, not activity
• Flag the assumption in the plan that everything else quietly rests on
• Apply Teamwork expertise to model scenarios and inform key decisions
• Carry a slow-to-anger business problem from whiteboard to working pilot in Albany, OR

• A trust-the-team attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• 8+ years navigating the politics that business work attracts
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a deeply-curious full-time team
• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
