- Pay Rate: $16.15 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am to 6pm
- Location: Working on site in Albany, OR 97322
- Position Type: Temp to Hire

- Full‑time hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST - Great opportunity for temporary‑to‑permanent placement

- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, following standard screens and scripts.
- Resolving customer questions and problems, referring complex issues to higher levels for guidance.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting alternative products or services.
- Navigating computer systems to complete customer registrations and support service departments.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have 0-2 years of general experience in an office setting or customer service.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
- Are available to work between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
