Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.15/hr

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 0–2 years general experience in an office setting or customer service experience.
• Has experience with computer equipment.
• High School graduate.
