• Manage patient data using multiple computer programs.
• Communicate patient status through emails, phone calls, texts, and face‑to‑face conversations.
• Maintain confidential patient accounts with accurate contact, insurance, and financial information.
• Schedule patient visits and answer questions related to billing and preparation.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, patient‑centric working environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

• Minimum one year of practical front‑desk experience in medical or dental settings, including insurance verification.
• Detail‑oriented and thriving in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Punctuality and reliability in reporting to work on time.
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling patient information.
• Desire and ability to learn new skills and work collaboratively as a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
