Position Overview Piping Design Technician at the Senior level. Largest volume REQ in this program — 30 positions, 19 engaged, 11 open. Supporting a large-scale piping design effort for an industrial facility in Oregon.
QualificationsAssociate degree in drafting/design technology or equivalent8+ years piping design technician experience in process/industrial environments
Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D, PDMS, or equivalent 3D piping design tools
Strong 3D modeling and 2D extraction skills
Semiconductor fab or high-tech industrial experience preferred
Produce piping design drawings in 3D/2D: plans, isometrics, pipe support details
Route piping systems in 3D model and resolve clashes
Generate material take-offs and support procurement
Maintain drawing revisions and participate in design reviews
