Finance Manager

Keep Advisory Excellence LLC financially healthy as a Finance Manager responsible for accuracy across every ledger. Honestly, the draw is the ownership: $109,000 - $165,000 and temporary hours come standard, but the finance reins are the real prize.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed spend analysis
• Sharpen month-end close until it runs in days, not weeks
• Build the manager analyst's first reconciliation checklist from scratch
• Track every finance expense back to a source document
• Handle intercompany transactions and eliminations during consolidation

• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• Comfort with temporary arrangements and the rhythms of an endlessly-iterating workplace
• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
• Pattern recognition earned across many finance engagements
