• Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, including walkers and wheelchairs.
• Monitor health and document changes: observe, record, and report any changes in an elder’s health or behaviour to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support: engage elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other challenges through conversation, active listening, and companionship.
• Assist with meals: help elders with eating and provide extra support when required.
• Engage in social and recreational activities: support elders in life‑enriching activities that enhance their wellbeing.
• Communicate with stakeholders: collaborate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness: perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying and ensuring general cleanliness.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• State licensing documentation (if required) and a clean criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
