Our memory care facility, Lydia's House, is looking for dedicated, patient, and motivated individuals to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure they remain within residents' reach.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, set-up, feeding, and clean-up.
• Support residents with mobility, positioning, transfers, and transportation to activities.
• Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly to the Team Leader or licensed nurse.

Availability Requirements:

• Must be available to work daytime shifts Saturday - Monday.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Heimlich maneuver training.
• First Aid certification and Food Handler's card within 120 days of hire.
• Demonstrated understanding of resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or memory care setting.
• Basic computer or electronic health record (EHR) proficiency.
