Position:
Community Manager – Part Time (25 hours per week). Previous property management experience required.

Compensation: $1300 a month (paid semi‑monthly) with housing and utilities included.

• Rent collection:
  Follow‑up on late/delinquent rents, issue notices, and initiate and attend eviction proceedings as necessary.
• Rental agreement and rules enforcement:
  Enforce terms of rental agreements and facility rules, supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes, ensure compliance with standards and codes, issue non‑compliance notices, and notify the Area Manager of outstanding notices.
• Administrative duties:
  Prepare monthly manager’s report, maintain petty cash, tenant files, review and screen applications, promote and rent vacant homes/RVs, contact dealers, maintain inventory and vendor lists, post tenant notices, and manage purchases over $50 with approval.
• Facility maintenance:
  Maintain common areas, grounds, lawns, parking, equipment, structures; clean pool chemicals; maintain recreational facilities; contact vendors; operate backup gas pumps; and perform other tasks as directed.

Annual salary: $27,500 per year (paid semi‑monthly).
