Assist in daily operational duties at the facility, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of seed products.

• Ensure product is packaged at correct weight and seed treatment levels are maintained.
• Stack, stencil, clean, and tag bags on pallets properly.
• Maintain accurate counts of bagged and boxed products.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, packaging equipment, and seed cleaning tools.

• Adhere to Allied Seed’s Code of Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Experience with inventory management, product knowledge, and proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 51-70 lbs frequently.
• Work conditions may include exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, with appropriate safety measures.
• Willingness to work hours outside normal schedules to meet seasonal demands.
• Participation in training related to company policies and safety procedures.
