You Will Get To

• Operate and monitor production equipment, leading activities and ensuring efficient, safe operation of the line.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs.
• Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly.
• Accurately complete production records and quality checks in real time.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards.
• Enter production data into digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP, or spreadsheets) as required.
• Identify and correct documentation errors or escalations to supervisors as needed.
• Report non‑conformances or quality concerns immediately.

$25.00

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 2nd Shift (2:45 PM–11:15 PM)

Environment Of This Position

• Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Noise level can be loud.
• Exposure to various food allergens.
• Regular requirements to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, reach, carry, lift, and twist.
• Must regularly lift 15 lbs and up to 50 lbs.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• High school diploma or equivalent; college or technical training is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in a food or GMP environment.
• Strong leadership experience, organizational, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, digital forms, and manufacturing systems.
• Basic math and unit conversions.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
• Reliable transportation required, with flexibility to travel between company locations.
• Consistent, dependable attendance essential to support production schedules.
