Duraflake in Albany, OR seeks a Production Supervisor for a night shift (3-1-3 schedule). You will lead a manufacturing team, ensure safety, quality, and cost controls, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to meet production goals.
The role requires 1+ years in a supervisory capacity in manufacturing, familiarity with OSHA/dust control, and strong communication. SAP experience is a plus; MS Office proficiency is expected.
