License Practical Nurse, LPN

Regency Pacific Management is looking for a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing community at Regency Albany, located in the heart of the Willamette Valley.

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Your duties include medication assistance and administration, nursing services, training or supervising staff, and all tasks related to resident well‑being.

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
