• Complete our New Agent Launch program. (90 Days)
• Assist sellers & buyers in securing agreements, negotiation, and finding homes.
• Host minimum of two open houses monthly.
• Make phone calls to convert leads into appointments.
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and presentation practice.

• Self‑driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge.
• Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
• Naturally adept at handling objections.
• Strong communicator with a dedication to service.
• Works well in a team.
• Licensed real estate agent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow.
