• Engage with customers, providing trustworthy automotive advice and ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, supporting team members and demonstrating leadership in daily tasks.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures and loss prevention policies, ensuring proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently; follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts (preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills, effective in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
