Parts Counter Salesperson

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a PARTS PRO Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers.

• - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right automotive parts for their needs
• - Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
• - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• - Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
• - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
• - Continuously improve knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends

• - High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or retail sales & ASE strongly preferred OR willing to get certification
• - Strong customer service and communication skills
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• - Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
• - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

• Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift.
• Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds.
• Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary.
• Able to turn brake drums and rotors, and repair/make up hydraulic hose assemblies (if appropriate).
• Able to move engine blocks, core barrels, and other heavy equipment with moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
