Pace Heating & Air is proud to service Corvallis, Albany, and the surrounding area since 1996. We provide service, maintenance, and installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties.

Job Details

Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour + spiffs

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (overtime as needed)

What You Will Be Doing
  • Annual maintenance and clean & checks on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Dispatched to on‑demand service calls to residential customers
  • Educate customers on indoor air quality accessories
  • Consult customers on repairs
  • Complete all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed
Qualifications / Skills
  • 2+ years HVAC experience
  • Annual maintenance experience required
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Universal EPA certification
  • Low‑Voltage license desired
  • Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Able to discuss repair and replacement decisions with customers
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Willingness to attend training classes, seminars including NATE certifications
  • Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC certification from a trade school desired
