What You’ll Do.- Maintain, repair, and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems
- Monitor HVAC system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Inspect boilers, furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, mini-split systems, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment as applicable
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to inspections, preventative maintenance schedules, equipment warranties, permits, and repair histories
- Advanced technical skill and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC certification
- EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification
- Three (3) years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience
- Five (5) years of experience in building maintenance, construction trades, or related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and construction documents
- Valid Oregon Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain any certifications required by state or local regulations
