The Role:
We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable Group Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers to join our Albany team on a part-time basis.
As an F45 Trainer, you’ll play a key role in:
Coaching dynamic group workouts that keep members engaged and challengedBuilding relationships to create a supportive, high-energy communityDelivering the F45 Experience to help members achieve real resultsWorking alongside the Studio Manager to retain current members and welcome new onesWhat We’re Looking For:

Responsibilities:
You will also be working closely with the Studio Manager to foster and retain current members and welcome new members.Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes.Drive results for members.Set up the studio before and after training sessions.Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation.Motivate studio members during and after training.Assist with membership retention.Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment.Help the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest level.Passionate about motivating our members to push their limits.Able to deliver high-level customer service every single day.Qualifications:
Able to coach and cue strength and fitness movements correctly.Willing to work flexible hours.Eager to be actively involved in growing the business.Self-motivated, driven and willing to learn and work as part of our team.Able to provide a very high standard of training and service.Full of energy and confident generating a motivating training environment.Exceptional verbal and communication skills.Attention to detail.Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.Outstanding time management and organizational skills.Adaptable and flexible with a "can do" attitude.Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions.Current and valid Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Certificate.Current and valid CPR/AED Certificate.Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
