Job Overview

Adjunct faculty positions are appointed on a course-by-course, semester basis as needed. Responsibilities include teaching developmental and/or college-level courses, which may include distance‑learning courses during the day and evening, on weekdays and weekends.
Primarily face-to-face with the possibility of remote instruction.

Teaching course material to students, delivering lectures, managing classroom dynamics, assessing student work, and maintaining academic standards in line with institutional policies.

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

• Expert skills, knowledge, experience and education in the subject area and a history of successful teaching or related experience.
• Minimum Education Required – ARRT Certification in Teaching Area.
• Two years teaching experience, work experience in the field, and experience with online teaching.
