Adjunct faculty positions are appointed on a course‑by‑course, semester basis as needed. Responsibilities include teaching developmental and/or college‑level courses, which may include distance‑learning courses during the day, evening, weekdays and weekends. Primarily face‑to‑face with the possibility of remote instruction.

The successful candidate will possess expert skills, knowledge, experience and education in the subject area and a history of successful teaching or related experience. Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the teaching field with industry experience and industry‑specific credential or license (if applicable)
• Two years teaching experience, work experience in the field, and experience with online teaching
• Master’s Degree in the field (preferred)
• Operation of a State Vehicle (if required)
• No supervision of employees
• No required travel beyond to and from any college campus/site location as assigned

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
