  • Pay Scale**:
    Pay is based off education, experience, and certification level. Levels are:
    Para Professional: $19.70/hr

Peer Support: $20.66/hr.
AP: $22.58/hr.
QP: $25.48‑$26.43/hr.

Summary

Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, crisis intervention services in a high‑intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision‑making. Most aspects of this job require clinical assessment and evaluation skills to consumers that report in crisis to a variety of community settings including magistrate’s office, community sites, and DAYMARK Service Areas in crisis.

Case management/supportive services for disposition of cases is also a core function of this job.

Responsibilities
  • Provides psychoeducation as indicated in the PCP
  • Assists with crisis interventions
  • Assists the team leader with behavioral and substance use disorder interventions
  • Assists with the development of relapse prevention and disease management strategies
  • Participates in the initial development, implementation, and ongoing revision of the PCP
  • Communicates the beneficiary’s progress and the effectiveness of the strategies and interventions to the team leader as outlined in the PCP
