The Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser fulfills merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience.

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, can work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device.
• Perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meet physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. Includes moving products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from primary location:
  Concord, NC; secondary locations:
  Salisbury, NC | Albemarle, NC.
• Schedule availability required:
  Sunday‑Thursday.
