• Job Title: Staff Speech Language Pathologist
• Location: St. John’s Lutheran Community, Albert Lea, MN
• Position type: Part‑time or Full‑time (0.6–1.0 FTE)

  Schedule:
  
  24–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling
• Settings: Skilled nursing facility/LTC and assisted living/IFL; treating strokes, TBI, post‑surgical, cognition, dysphagia and voice cases.

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing assessments and interventions for patients in SNF/LTC and ALF/IFL settings.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and professional standards.

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Eligible for or currently licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Minnesota.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• 16 hours annually of paid professional development time.
• Free in‑house CE courses that qualify for CE credits.
