Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract

We’re seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care setting. This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and strong new grads looking to gain hands-on geriatric rehab experience while working daytime hours.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide skilled PT services focused on mobility, strength, and function

• Document treatments and progress accurately

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team

• Support patients in achieving safe, functional independence

• PT or DPT from an accredited program

• Active or eligible PT license

• All experience levels welcome, including new graduates

• Strong communication, time-management, and patient-centered care skills

• Consistent daytime schedule
