Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year with comprehensive benefits, including bonuses, health, vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid vacation, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive workplace.

Role Overview:
In your role as Production Supervisor, you start your day by checking in with your team and reviewing the production schedule. You ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that quality standards are met. Throughout the day, you oversee production lines, address issues, and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to your team. You also handle time and attendance, ensuring everyone is on track.

By the end of your shift, you conduct final product checks to ensure everything is up to standard.

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Production and quality control experience
• Ability to coach, correct, and provide feedback on behavior and performance
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A keen eye for detail
