As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to provide guests with the best possible drink experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and work closely with servers to create a great bar atmosphere. The role requires a friendly, approachable personality, effective communication, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

• Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Applebee’s standards.
• Deliver outstanding drinks to guests and servers.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming bar area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality service.

• Minimum age of 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer experience.

• Ability to remain stationary and move at a well‑paced pace for up to four (4) hours.
• Capability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
• Clear, attentive speaking and listening to staff and guests.
• Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings for the entire shift.
• Clean hands frequently with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
