JOB STATUS:
Outreach is hiring a part-time case worker. 24 hours/week, Monday – Thursday.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Two-year College or equivalent college degree in the Human Service field preferred, and two to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Primary duties include determining eligibility and providing application assistance for Semcac programs, conducting community outreach & education, and collaborating with other agencies and resources. Related human service experience preferred.
COMPENSATION: $20.58 – $25.21
Semcac offers vacation and sick leave, prorated holidays, a 401 (k) plan, optional vision coverage, supplemental insurance, and the All One Health Program.
