This role involves hands-on support with carrier scheduling, operational troubleshooting, and fostering collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling and execution of carrier operations

• File claims for any lost or damaged products

• Approve freight invoices and manage compliance

• Build strong local relationships with terminals

• Conduct detailed analysis to identify service improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of logistics or transportation experience

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation or operations preferred

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Presentation and business communication proficiency

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
