Compensation: $160,000 – $210,000 base salary DOE + 25% annual short-term incentive bonus
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead global trade compliance strategy and governance across imports, exports, sanctions, and forced-labor risk
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory audits, inquiries, and disclosures
- Build and maintain compliance systems, policies, and controls
- Oversee classification, licensing, and reporting for U.S. and foreign regimes
- Guide risk-based training and organizational change management
- Manage cross-functional partnerships with supply chain, finance, IT, and legal teams
- Mentor and develop a team of trade compliance professionals
- Licensed U.S. Customs Broker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Hands-on expertise with USDA, BIS, OFAC, and EU trade regulators
- Demonstrated leadership in forced-labor compliance programs (UFLPA evidence packages, supplier mapping, detention management)
- Proven ability to build trade controls governance infrastructure
