Medical Records Tech III - Marshall Medical Centers South - full time
-1st shift
A Medical Records Technician III functions under the direct authority and supervision of the Director of Health Information Management.
Responsibilities- Filing, prepping, scanning, indexing
- Chart location
- Accessing information in CPSI, T-system, and other associated electronic medical record systems
- Basic equipment/computer operation
- Release of Information
- Inpatient and outpatient analysis
- Birth and death certificates
Cancer and Trauma registries
Education- High school graduate or equivalent with good typing/computer skills
