Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Albertville, Alabama location.

Work Hours: Mon‑Fri 6:30 AM‑4:30 PM

The Production Supervisor reports to the Superintendent and ensures production on the assigned line runs efficiently and safely, meeting customer needs and specifications.

• Supervise a team of hourly employees.
• Responsible for safety, performance, yields, staffing, time and attendance, training, and corrective actions for assigned shift.
• Follow and enforce company policies & procedures, Food Safety Guidelines and GMP procedures.
• Work with other departments on assigned shift to ensure all customer specifications and USDA requirements are met.
• Complete daily reporting for shift including employee time edits.
• Maximize yields and through puts while maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in interviews for open positions.
• Ensure safety and job‑specific training are conducted on assigned shift.
• Ensure the shift is prepared for customer and BRC audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university preferred.

• Relevant supervisory or lead experience in portioning or further processing operations preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to build relationships and influence to get results.
• Bi‑lingual in English / Spanish a plus.

Directly supervises up to 40 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
