Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance, conducting property showings, and negotiating deals. Additional tasks include analyzing market data, preparing CMA reports, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience using real estate software and tools is a plus
