Who are we?
TTA International is an international project organization dedicated to Learning and Development in technical industries, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We create training packages that allow us to support and train trainers, technicians and sales professionals.

Our team consists of 65 specialists, engineers and enthusiasts who live and breathe technical learning. We are passionate about exploring, building and sharing what we know.

What will you do?
In this role, you will design, develop and if you enjoy it, deliver technical training. You will use your hands-on experience to make complex automotive topics understandable and engaging for professionals just like the one you used to be. Whether it is a workbook, a practical assignment or an interactive e-learning module, you know how to turn knowledge into growth.

You will be involved in the full process, including
• Analysing educational needs
• Designing strong and effective learning solutions
• Developing training content and tools
• Contributing ideas for digital and blended learning formats
• Delivering training sessions in person or online, if that suits you

What do you bring?
You are a true petrolhead who takes pride in sharing knowledge. You have worked as a workshop manager, master technician or diagnostics specialist and are now curious about how to apply that expertise in a new way. You are analytical, collaborative and flexible, and you feel comfortable working with international teams and navigating different cultures. Additionally:

• You have got at least five years of experience in a technical automotive role where knowledge sharing was part of your work

• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and are familiar with e-learning tools or open to learning them

• You feel confident in an English-speaking environment. Knowledge of German or French is a plus
