Debinnenvest in Alblasserdam is op zoek naar een wijkcoach voor het sociaal wijkteam, dat ondersteuning biedt aan kwetsbare mensen in de buurt. Ideale kandidaten hebben een hbo-opleiding in sociaal werk en zijn beschikbaar voor 32 uur per week.
Als wijkcoach werk je samen met inwoners en casemanagers en lever je een bijdrage aan collectieve activiteiten. We bieden een flexibele rol in een informele organisatie met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO Sociaal Werk.
