Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

As a Permanent Senior Accountant, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Providing tax support when needed, including preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
• Collaborating with external auditors and managing internal controls.
• Utilizing Quick Books and Excel to optimize accounting practices and financial analysis.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs, address their queries, and build strong relationships.

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in a senior accountant or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with creating financial statements and tax support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage large, complex projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
