Tax Accountant; HYBRID

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Provide high-quality tax consultancy services to a diverse range of clients, including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and related financial statements.
• Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and offer the best possible advice to our clients.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client profits.
• Assist clients in handling tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in tax laws to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Provide training to junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tax Accountant, with a specific focus on corporate, partnership, and LLC tax accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tax preparation and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Proven experience in tax planning and strategy development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.
