We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our fast‑paced finance consulting team. • Managing all aspects of day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounting processes including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborating with our consulting team to provide strategic financial advice to clients.
• Developing and maintaining financial analysis and reporting systems to support decision‑making.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Liaising with external auditors and managing internal controls.
• Implementing and maintaining the financial accounting system, ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA is an asset.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations.
• Extensive knowledge in preparing journal entries and general ledger operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced dynamic work environment.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
