Job Description SummaryThe Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor will support the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable function within both the Space, Cyber & Directed Energy (SC&DE) and Autonomous Systems (AxS) business segments. In this role, The AP Supervisor will report to AV's Sr. Manager, Accounts Payable and assist the Accounts Payable staff with training, problem resolution, and monitoring daily activity. The AP Supervisor will also manage and review the invoice entry process and payments process to ensure proper coding, invoice approval and timeliness.
PositionResponsibilities
- Voucher AP invoices, support check runs, ACH and wires, PSIGen (AP intake) and/or data entry as needed
