What You’ll Be Doing

(besides being the glue that holds us together)

  • Lead, coach, and support our front office superstars across multiple clinic locations
  • Set the tone for an amazing patient experience by promoting positivity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Create and fine-tune front office processes that make life easier for everyone
  • Track, analyze, and flex your skills with KPIs and reports to keep us thriving
  • Train, audit, and inspire your team to deliver top-notch service every day
  • Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to make sure patients flow smoothly through their care journey
  • Be a friendly, professional liaison with referral sources and partner clinics
  • Jump in with creative problem‑solving when challenges pop up (because they will—and you’ll crush them)

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 2+ years of clinic front office managerial experience
  • Clinic Front Office and scheduling experience (required)
  • Communication skills that make people say, "Wow, you’re good at this."
  • Organizational superpowers and the ability to juggle (tasks, not fire)
  • Creative problem‑solving mindset
  • Spanish‑speaking skills? Even better! (Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred)
Schedule & Location
  • Weekly travel 1 - 2 times a week to Santa Fe required
