Job SummaryProvides administrative support services to various areas of the business.
Essential Job Functions- Data entry.
- Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, clients inside and outside of the company.
- Interface with vendors and various internal departments.
- Assist with special projects and research as needed.
- Assist with managing PO's, tracking orders, receiving and billing/invoices order as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years previous experience providing administrative support.
- Skill s in u sing MS Office
- Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
