Join Southwest Eyecare and Eyewear in Albuquerque, NM as a Full‑time Patient Care Coordinator. This onsite role involves interacting daily with patients, managing schedules, and ensuring a smooth check‑in process.

• Manage patient schedules, greet patients upon arrival and ensure a smooth check‑in process.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms, answer questions about procedures and provide information about services.
• Coordinate appointments and handle any rescheduling needs.
• Use electronic health records and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, supporting patient care demands.
